About the Opportunity

We are working with a major international contractor delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects across Europe. With quality at the centre of their delivery model, they are seeking an experienced professional to lead and elevate quality performance on-site.

The Role

As a Project Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the quality strategy across large-scale construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all works meet the highest standards-from initial planning through to final handover.

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project-wide quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Lead inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities
  • Oversee quality control processes, including inspections and testing plans
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project teams
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver training and promote quality awareness across teams
  • Ensure successful project handover with full quality documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience leading quality on construction or infrastructure projects
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC systems and industry standards (e.g. ISO frameworks)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence site teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience driving cultural and process improvements
  • Relevant degree in engineering, construction, or quality management
