JOB TITLE: Project Manager for Operational Safety and High-Risk Work

Project context:
- Contribute to the analysis of HSE events with the operational entities
- Analyze risky and dangerous situations on site
- Assist operational entities in risk analyses and the choice of relevant progress measures
- Participate in technical reviews, deposits and safety acceptance before production
- Be the referent in terms of external and internal certifications of partner companies
- Lead the Visits to safety works and APS contracts
- Assist operational entities in the choice of relevant PPE according to the regulations
Goals and deliverables:
- Knowledge of French regulations, and advise TEMF entities in the implementation of actions to comply with them;
- Write the relevant TEMF rules and contribute to their implementation in the reference manuals of the different professions;
- Analyze HSE events with business units to understand root causes and propose relevant progress actions;
- Assist TEMF entities in risk analyses and the choice of preventive measures at the workplace and for high-risk work;
- Contribute to the selection processes of partner companies and in this context, you will:
- Be the referent in terms of external (MASE, VCA, ISO45001...) and internal (ICC) certifications of partner companies;
- Propose actions aimed at developing the "Joint Security Tours" and "Contract Owner" approaches;
- Manage the Visits Safety Works and Safety and Health Protection Coordinator contracts;
- Manage the use of the Angel Protect System (APS) tool within TEMF and as such, you will:
- Develop its use on the construction sites of all TEMF professions, analyze the data from safety interpretations and propose safety improvement actions;
- Lead the contracts related to the tool: security interpreters, platform and shooting equipment;
- Are the referent for the Total Safety Pass and IZI SAFETY tools (17000 users) for all stakeholders (service station staff, stakeholders from partner companies, contractors, etc.);
