Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, control and advise on project resources and plans to maintain and improve the short and long-term financial health of marine construction projects.
- Execute activities related to dredging, reclamation and civil marine projects within deadlines and available budgets, ensuring high quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Manage activities involved in breakwater construction, quay wall development, beach profiling, revetment and related works.
- Oversee strong budget management and cost control across all project phases.
- Ensure full understanding and effective management of contractual obligations and contract administration.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) processes on all projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Marine, Construction), or equivalent.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP).
- 13-15 years of experience with a proven project management track record in related industries, particularly marine and civil infrastructure.
