A growing commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new construction roofing projects across the New York City area. Responsibilities

Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through project completion

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within scope

Review construction contracts, drawings, submittals, and change orders

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and internal quality standards

Support procurement planning and project kickoff coordination
Requirements

Experience managing commercial roofing or construction projects

Knowledge of new construction roofing systems and installation processes

Experience working on projects within large metropolitan environments
