Overview
A respected exterior restoration contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade and building envelope projects across New York City. The role involves full project ownership from award to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manager to lead multiple active projects while collaborating with clients, consultants, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple façade and exterior restoration projects simultaneously

Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams

Lead project meetings with clients, engineers, and property managers

Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations and Local Law 11 requirements

Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Monitor project financials and maintain profitability

Conduct site visits and maintain quality control standards
Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in exterior restoration or façade construction

Strong knowledge of Local Law 11 / FISP projects

Experience with masonry, concrete repair, roofing, waterproofing, and scaffolding

Familiarity with NYC construction regulations and DOB processes

Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
