Job Description
We are supporting a growing engineering and construction services organization that is delivering a large-scale utility infrastructure mitigation program for a major U.S. electric utility. The program is active, expanding rapidly, and focused on improving safety, compliance, and operational reliability across a distribution network.
The Project Manager will take ownership of day-to-day coordination and execution as the program scales in size and complexity. This is a hands-on role suited to a practical, execution-focused project manager who enjoys managing multiple workstreams and growing with a program rather than operating in a purely corporate PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and field resources

Support utility program execution from planning through mitigation and closeout

Maintain organized workflows as project volume and complexity increase

Own forecasting, invoice review, and financial tracking related to project delivery

Support coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in shared infrastructure

Track progress, documentation, and field verification to ensure compliance and quality

Support reporting on project status, risks, constraints, and look-ahead activities

Assist with contract compliance and enforcement related to field execution

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, visibility, and delivery efficiency
Candidate Profile

Mid-level Project Manager with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage vendors, schedules, and finances simultaneously

Experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, or civil infrastructure projects
