Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to expected outcomes

Implement organizational changes necessary for integration with a European utility platform in line with regulatory requirements

Ensure the successful delivery and adoption of technological and operational solutions, including implementation of new energy balancing systems

Prepare operational teams for updated workflows in line with modernization initiatives

Lead projects following established production and IT production models

Plan, monitor, and report project progress to steering groups

Manage risks in accordance with organizational procedures

Maintain clear communication and coordination with stakeholders, both within the organization and across Nordic partners

Additional duties may include leading further development and implementation projects within the division
Required Skills & Experience
-
Over 10 years’ experience in Project Management at a senior/expert level
-
Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects in critical infrastructure environments
-
Proficient in Swedish (spoken and written)
Work Schedule & Location

Based at the client’s office in Sundbyberg (Stockholm)

Remote work available up to 50% by agreement, subject to change

Some domestic and international travel may be required
