Position Summary
The company is seeking a Residential Project Manager—ideally an experienced Assistant Project Manager ready to advance into a full PM role. This position manages and supports multiple residential projects, many within occupied buildings. The role suits someone with sharp documentation skills, strong coordination abilities, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage residential electrical projects within occupied facilities

Prepare, track, and manage submittals, change orders, and documentation

Review drawings and maintain accurate project logs

Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams

Develop and manage two-week lookahead schedules

Support fire alarm coordination and inspection preparation

Conduct routine site visits (approx. one week per month; more during onboarding)

Maintain clear communication with senior leadership

Uphold safety standards and ensure project milestones are met
Required Experience

2–4 years’ experience with an electrical contractor as an APM or Junior PM
-
Strong skills in submittals, logs, documentation, and professional communication

Experience with residential/occupied-building work preferred

Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Comfortable working in a lean, small-team environment
