  • Escalate and address partner-related execution or resource constraints.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Coordinate with parallel package leads for interface consistency.

  • Lead structured issue resolution and formal change control process.

Safety & Risk Management

  • Reinforce a zero-compromise safety culture.

  • Maintain and review risk registers; embed risk mitigation into work plans.

  • Ensure execution plans comply with environmental, safety, and legal requirements.

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex EPC/EPCM or capital projects (preferably in steelmaking, greenfield megaprojects, or process industries).

  • Proven track record in managing budgets, Level 3–5 schedules, and risk registers.

  • Solid understanding of work packaging, contractor oversight, and engineering deliverables.

Leadership Skills

  • Adept at leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix setup.

  • Strong accountability focus—able to challenge and guide EPCM and OEM partners.

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and making high-impact decisions.

Problem-Solving & Communication
