Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and residential roofing projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Resolve project issues proactively to minimise risks and delays
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Requirements
- Proven experience managing roofing and waterproofing projects, both commercial and residential
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
