Project Manager - Office Relocation
Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall, Swden
Start Date: 20 October 2025
End Date: 30 June 2026
Scope: 50% of full-time
Extension Options: Up to 2 x 6-month extensions (latest possible end date: June 2027)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and provide client-side advisory support during an office relocation to new premises in Stockholm in 2026. This is a hands-on role where you will not only oversee but also actively contribute to planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central resource in planning and execution of the office relocation.
- Lead internal project groups and serve as the main contact point with external partners.
- Ensure compliance with requirements, agreements, and tenancy contracts.
- Participate operationally in planning and coordination, not just in a supervisory capacity.
- Oversee and advise on safety and security aspects relating to premises.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- At least 5 years' experience managing projects involving office fit-out, refurbishments, or relocations.
- At least 5 years' experience in projects where technology, customer requirements, legal and security aspects are central.
- Proven experience acting as client-side advisor in relocation projects.
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with agreements and contracts.
Desirable (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with security adaptations for offices in organisations with higher security demands (e.g. government, regulated, or critical infrastructure).
- 10+ years' experience leading projects in office refurbishment, design, or relocation.
Assignment Details
- Workload: 50% of full-time.
- Primary Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall (with flexibility to travel between sites when required).
- Travel and accommodation expenses for meetings will be covered.
- Consultant must use company-provided equipment.
Security Requirements
- Consultant must be a Swedish citizen and able to pass a security clearance.
- Delivery of services must take place within Sweden.
