Overview:
We are seeking two skilled Project Managers with a strong background in mechanical engineering and building services. This role involves leading multiple utility construction projects (typically 2–7 at a time), managing teams across preparation, engineering, and execution phases, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, maintain client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with safety, financial, and planning requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead project teams, including engineers, preparers, execution staff, and suppliers.

Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and plans are prepared and maintained.

Review and manage safety plans and project documentation.

Prepare, monitor, and report on project schedules and financials.

Drive process improvements and promote sustainable optimisations.
Candidate Profile:
- HBO-level education in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager.
- Proven experience managing utility construction projects (€100,000 to €5,000,000).
