The Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of wind and solar developments throughout the full permitting and authorisation phase. You will act as the main point of reference for your projects, ensuring all regulatory and administrative steps are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
You’ll be working in an environment that offers autonomy, responsibility and the backing of a coordinated regional structure.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full authorisation process for assigned projects, including building permits, environmental authorisations and related approvals.

Coordinate and challenge external partners and consultants involved in project development.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including GIS/mapping, grid connection, environment, agronomy and land management.

Represent projects to stakeholders, including local authorities, communities and relevant institutions.

Conduct all regulatory, technical and urban-planning checks for project compliance.

Prepare, develop and track technical and administrative documentation.

Manage public enquiries, completeness checks, consultations, appeal periods and associated investigation stages.
Desired Profile
Essential Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience developing renewable energy projects in France (wind, solar or agrivoltaics).

Fluent French (written and oral) and strong professional English.

Demonstrated experience in permitting and regulatory processes for renewables.

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritisation, budgeting and reporting.

High level of rigour, analytical ability and organisational skills.

Comfortable working in cross-functional project teams.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within France.
