Overview
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and grow its commercial operations in Dallas. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team development within a small but established business unit.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day operations, provide clear leadership to a team of approximately 12 professionals, and drive improvements across delivery, profitability, and people performance. This role suits a commercially minded leader who enjoys building strong teams and taking accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial project operations within the Dallas business unit

Take full responsibility for profit and loss performance, budgeting, and financial controls

Provide leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to develop team capability and performance

Set clear objectives and drive operational improvements across projects and processes

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with business goals

Act as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience in a project management or operational leadership role within a commercial environment

Strong P and L management experience and commercial acumen
