Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Assistant to support the Offshore Wind Execution Team in Paris with key administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks. The role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across a multi-disciplinary, international project team working on Germany’s major offshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics for the Project Management team.

Coordinate office supply orders and handle visitor arrangements.

Organize travel bookings and expense reports (via Treck+).

Support onboarding/offboarding of team members (workspace, IT, phones).

Maintain project directories, team absences, and mission schedules.

Facilitate time sheet entries (MyCats) and procurement tasks (My eProc).

Liaise with building management for office-related issues (Tour Coupole).

Assist with document handling and correspondence in coordination with Document Control.

Ensure compliance with company HSSE rules and act as an HSSE ambassador within the office.

Collaborate closely with other team assistants to maintain consistent operational standards.
Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Secretarial or Administrative Assistance.

Strong experience in project administration and secretarial support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with HSE practices in an office environment.
