Production Training Project Lead
Location: Stockholm or Boden, Sweden (based on candidate preference)
Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
We are working with a groundbreaking industrial client building a next-generation steel production facility in Northern Sweden. As part of their mission to launch and scale low-emission manufacturing, they are seeking a Production Training Project Lead to support operational readiness and long-term capability building across production teams.
This role will lead training projects to prepare the workforce for safe, efficient, and high-quality operations during the facility’s start-up phase and beyond. Ideal for someone with experience managing vendor-led training, technical coordination, and workforce development in an industrial or engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver training programmes supporting production readiness.

Coordinate both external and internal training activities across production areas.

Work closely with equipment vendors to align training delivery with operational start-up.

Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Engineering, HSE, and L&D.

Track training progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Support the creation and continuous improvement of training materials and methods.

Contribute to broader cross-functional capability initiatives.
Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Industrial Operations, or related field.

Prior experience managing training or coordination projects in a technical setting.

Background in commissioning, production readiness, or vendor-led training delivery.

Strong logistical, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination experience.
