JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION CCR (CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM) SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: MILAN - VIA MARTIRI DI CEFALONIA, 67, 20097 SAN DONATO MILANESE MI, ITALY

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
Monitor all operating conditions of the LNG process trains from DCS panel on a continuous basis and adjust the operational parameters accordingly, identify and report system faults/potential safety problems/emergency situations and assist in their resolution and provide required support to field operators, in order to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operations to achieve LNG production targets.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.
- Promote continuously safety culture.
- Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others.
- Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance.
- Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure safety of personnel, environment protection, and the technical integrity of equipment's in the domain of activities, implement HSE rules and follow procedures.
- Ensure good housekeeping of CCR, offices, kitchen, maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensure equipment's are appropriately stored.
- Occasionally participate in the near misses analyses, HAZOPs, technical reviews, risk assessment, safety audits, RCA, incidents and accidents analyses.
- Identify and report HSE anomalies of potential safety problems, warn others of potential hazards.
- Perform the role defined by the Company Work Permit System especially PTW opening/closing, and SIMOPS management plans.
- Manage and record all the inhibitions of plant safety devices and ensure proper follow up to safely return them to normal active conditions.
- Check risk assessment for all inhibitions that are required to be put in place.
- Perform the role defined by the Company Emergency Response Plan.
- Monitor and control plant production parameters to ensure smooth operations of the plant and successful achievement of the production targets.
- Monitor the set points of controllers, correct according to the recommended values and update any deviations in report and submit to CCR Supervisor.
- Keep all parameters inside the Operating window.
- Follow up and implement the requested changes of the process parameters as per the Production daily instructions.
- Reduce and optimize flaring by optimizing plant performance and taking corrective actions.
- Provide the required guidance and support to Process Operators to maintain proper coordination between different plant activities.
- Identify and highlight system faults and malfunctions and address them to maintenance disciplines for remedial actions.
- Participate and assist in plant and equipment performance tests by implementing the conditions as per test scope and collect and record data accordingly.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the testing of Plant safety equipment such as SDV/ESDV/BDV tests/checks and ensure that the results are properly recorded in HSE dossier.
- Participate in troubleshooting of plant upsets and trips, including analysis of root causes through alarm and event logs review, functional analysis review, SLD (Safety Logic Diagram) review, to facilitate smooth functioning of the production facilities.
- Participate in all alarm reduction working group to reduce the number of alarms.
- Log main events and perform handover at the end of each shift.
- Undertake training and development, assess own progress and continuously look for opportunities for personal improvement and skills development/broadening.
- Train/mentor future panel operators in the use of DCS and the architecture of ICSS.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of DCS panel operations
- Excellent knowledge of Safety Shut down systems- ESD, ESD1, ESD2, EDP1, EDP2 and safety bars
- Excellent knowledge of natural gas treatment, LNG production and Storage & Loading operations.
- High ability to troubleshoot process problems and upsets.
- High knowledge of HSE and Environment Management systems.
- High knowledge of PTW system in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good knowledge of Emergency Response systems and experience in handling plant emergencies.
- Good knowledge of computer windows office applications.
- High command of written and spoken English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of higher education in Applied Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years specific production experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years as LNG Train Panel Operator, not LNG terminal
- High leadership
