JOB TITLE: PMO Project Coordinator

Project Role: PMO Project Coordinator (FLA/CCGT) - Temporary Cover
Project Context:
Temporary reinforcement is required in the FLA/CCGT teams to absorb a pipeline of projects.
Main Mission (Purpose):
Ensure the steering, coordination, and monitoring of strategic projects in direct support of the Flexible Asset organization's management.
Goals & Deliverables:
- Preparation and follow-up of executive committees
- Management and animation of the 2026 roadmap
- Management and animation of cost-reduction initiatives
- Document-management administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and monitoring of projects: set up reporting tools, track milestones, and proactively identify/mitigate risks
- Governance support: prepare committees, synthesize information for management, and ensure decision traceability
- Cross-functional communication: facilitate information flow between teams and management levels
- Analysis and perspective: produce clear summaries, surface critical points, and recommend actions
- Standardization and quality: define and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices
Requirements:
- Analytical mind and perspective (understanding strategic issues; synthesizing complex information) - Expert
- Rigor and organizational skills (structure, prioritize, meet deadlines) - Expert
- Mastery of PMO tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint) - Expert
- Knowledge of industrial or energy environments - Expert
- Bac+5 (project management, management, engineering, or equivalent) - Expert
- Professional English (reporting and international exchanges) - Expert
- Proven PMO/project coordination experience (3-5 years minimum) - Expert
- Adaptability and diplomacy (tailor communication to management, operations, partners) - Expert
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) across all organizational levels - Expert
