About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Platform Engineer (M365 + IAM) to join an agile Collaboration Services team. In this role, you will design, build, and operate a secure, scalable, and efficient M365, Active Directory, and Entra ID environment. Working in a DevOps setup, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from development and continuous improvement to automation and operational support—enabling end users to work productively and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer, configure, and optimize M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments to deliver secure and reliable services

  • Design and implement event-based integrations with systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and enterprise identity platforms

  • Automate workflows using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps

  • Develop solutions using Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring security and compliance

  • Support and manage hybrid identity configurations between Active Directory and Entra ID

  • Implement advanced development practices such as Infrastructure as Code and GitOps

  • Use GitHub Actions for version control, repository management, and deployment

  • Apply DevOps principles to continuously improve Collaboration and IAM platforms

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in:

    • M365 technologies (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Purview)

    • Entra ID and Active Directory (Conditional Access, Group Policies, MFA)

    • Event-based integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors)

    • Scripting using PowerShell and Python

    • Azure Functions and Logic Apps

    • Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices)

    • Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and DevOps

    • Event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, streaming)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to balance user experience, compliance, and security

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Purview

  • Experience with PnP (Patterns and Practices)

  • English (Proficient)
