Position Title: Piping/Structure Supervisor

Working Schedule:

Work hours per day: 12 hours/day

Work days per week: 7 days/week

Work days per month: 28 days/month

Leave Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off

Work Location: Qatar Offshore

Estimated Start Date: May 2026

Contract Term: 36 months (with possibility of extension)

Job Purpose

Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook up for Piping & Structure discipline representing the company, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity and project objectives. Coordinate with relevant Operations and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfield, Shutdown and Hook up execution & commissioning and deliver operational excellence during the offshore execution phase.

Job Context & Major Challenges

- Directly involved in a major Compression Development Program, delivering new facilities including riser platforms, wellhead platforms, tie-ins/modifications to existing platforms.

- Requires strong Piping & Structure technical experience to drive the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors to efficient offshore execution during Hook Up and Brownfield SIMOPS including Shut Down Preparation and execution.

- Ensure effective communication with all operation teams and contractors during SIMOPS Brownfield and Hook up execution.

- Must coordinate multiple internal and external interfaces, requiring effective teamwork, flexibility, and collaboration.

- Participate in daily meetings with the contractor, ensuring adherence to company rules, safety, quality, and asset integrity.

- Ensure adequate resources and technical expertise are available to support the EPC Contractors and efficiency in resource deployment.

- Maintain quality and consistency in Brownfield & Hook up offshore execution processes and adherence to procedures and work products.

- Position based offshore in Qatar, with some onshore period for training and preparation, in a rotation of 28 working days and 28 days off.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Adhere to all safety and quality protocols during the offshore execution process.

2. Coordinate and ensure successful Offshore Brownfield, Shutdown & Hook up execution including commissioning.

3. Supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and relevant standards.

4. Check constructability aspects and compliance to technical requirements of Engineering deliverables.

5. Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all subjects related to Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.

6. Supervise and coordinate PTW meetings, ensuring strict compliance with method statements and approved JSAs.

7. Report discipline concerns to line management as required.

8. Promote a positive safety culture during offshore execution and on Marine Units.

9. Participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the company.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

- High national diploma

Experience

- 8 years of experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines (construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Technical and Business Skills

- Experience with oil and gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore construction.

- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield Execution & Commissioning, and Hook up.

- Understanding of offshore facilities and structures and operations as applicable to the project scope.

- Experience with execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.

- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
