Job Purpose:
The Pipeline Package Delivery Lead role requires a solid understanding and experience in the manufacturing of CRA clad pipes and bends. The position is focused on risk management, problem-solving, and overseeing multiple manufacturers and inspectors to ensure seamless project delivery. The role demands an individual who is adept at solving complex challenges and identifying mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand the project scope and all associated technical, quality, and safety requirements, including applicable regulations and design philosophies.

Ensure the full implementation of project requirements concerning engineering, quality, schedule, and safety in relation to CRA pipes and bends.

Collaborate across various disciplines, including engineering, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, quality, HSE, procurement, and planning, to resolve any technical or contractual issues.

Ensure that all necessary inputs are gathered to facilitate the timely completion of activities involving design, manufacturing, testing, deliveries, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Manage suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring that all required procedures are approved and implemented throughout the manufacturing and testing processes.

Understand and manage the challenges associated with CRA pipes and bends manufacturing, including design, plate manufacturing, induction bending, qualification, welding, testing, inspections, handling, and preservation.

Identify potential risks within the manufacturing and testing scope and implement preventive or mitigative actions to ensure timely and contractual deliveries.
Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in pipeline or related disciplines).

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in pipeline project delivery, with at least 8 years spent specifically in CRA pipe and bend manufacturing.

Extensive experience in the design, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance of CRA pipes and bends within the oil and gas sector.

Solid understanding of pipeline codes, standards, and practices relevant to the oil and gas industry.

Proven ability to work with EPC contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to manage both technical and contractual aspects of projects.
Technical & Business Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with manufacturing scheduling software.

Strong planning, tracking, and execution skills, ensuring the efficient delivery of the pipeline package.

High proficiency in written and spoken English.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams from various technical backgrounds.

In-depth knowledge of safe working practices associated with CRA pipe design, manufacturing, and testing.
