Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and globally minded Personal Assistant to support a high-profile, internationally active CEO. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced environment. Based in Doha, Qatar, this is a contract position with strong potential to evolve into a long-term engagement for the ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will serve as the CEO's right hand-managing schedules, coordinating international engagements, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimise the CEO's complex calendar, including international travel, meetings, and high-level engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all commitments.
- Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate confidential correspondence and maintain utmost discretion at all times.
Logistics & Travel Management
- Arrange international and domestic travel: flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Ensure seamless door-to-door travel experiences, managing last-minute changes with composure.
- Organise logistics for business trips, conferences, client visits, and events.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, expense reporting, and record management.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and VIP stakeholders across global markets.
- Support strategic projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
Personal Support
- Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks, lifestyle management, and private arrangements when required.
- Coordinate personal appointments, events, and household or family-related logistics as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages-particularly Arabic, French, or Mandarin-are a significant advantage.
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive, HNWI, or international CEO.
- Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities-able to handle competing priorities with ease.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, digital calendar tools, and productivity platforms.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
