Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Sundbyberg, Sweden (Up to 50% Remote)

Contract Type: Fixed-term (01 May 2026 - 30 Apr 2027; potential 1-year extension)

Work Schedule: Estimated at 100%

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle ongoing payroll administration with a significant amount of manual input

- Quality check time reports

- Manage and approve travel claims

- Code invoices

- Issue various certificates and requisitions

- Administer company cars

- Respond to employee and manager inquiries; support time reporting and travel claims

- Participate in digitalisation and business development projects as needed

- Independently interpret, follow, and execute payroll administration in compliance with laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines

Requirements:

- Proven business support experience

- Proficient in payroll systems and payroll process knowledge

- Completed education in payroll administration

- Swedish language proficiency required

- Strong payroll administration skills
