Overview:
We are partnering with a prominent organisation within the energy and infrastructure sector to find a detail-oriented Paralegal. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative and legal coordination background, particularly in supporting contract workflows and legal operations.

You will be responsible for assisting the Legal team in the preparation, management, and execution of legal documents, focusing on standardised contracts and day-to-day legal administrative functions. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and offers the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including maintaining files and legal records.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of standard template contracts and internal approval documentation.

  • Coordinate internal approvals and final execution of legal documents.

  • Draft and review low-risk and/or small value contracts under the supervision of senior Legal team members.

  • Support notarisation processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.

  • Handle courier arrangements and other general legal administrative tasks.

  • Promote collaboration and teamwork across departments, fostering a positive and inclusive working culture.

  • Support transparent communication and coordination between departments, business units, and regional teams.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written communication and document management capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and respond flexibly to changing priorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a legal support role.

  • Experience within the oil and gas, energy, or construction industries is highly desirable.
