Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement tasks in line with sourcing policy and strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects and services.
- Oversee supplier base within assigned category and participate in negotiations across multiple locations, utilizing procurement tools.
- Identify and implement savings initiatives and execute RFQs through relevant procurement systems.
- Ensure compliance with preferred supplier contracts to drive optimal results.
- Identify and act on opportunities for supplier negotiations based on data analysis.
- Cooperate closely with other operational buyers and commodity managers to implement programs and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with requesters to clarify and align on specifications and requirements.
- Create and manage content for procurement system users, such as forms and catalogs.
- Share best practices within the team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:
- University degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field (Business, Economics).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in an international, multi-location environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Proficient with computer applications (ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience in indirect services procurement or sales.
