Job Title: Onsite Support Technician

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (onsite, with work required across two sites in Lindholmen and Torslanda)

Contract Type: Fixed-term assignment from 02 Mar 2026 to 02 Feb 2028

Working Arrangement: 100% onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide local hardware and software enterprise support onsite

- Contribute to the digital development of enterprise support services

- Manage conference room setup and support

- Onboard new joiners

- Manage and support printer solutions

- Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

- Act as the interface between end users and service providers, ensuring efficient and improving service delivery

- Support and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues across multiple platforms

- Address incidents and requests requiring onsite presence as well as remote support

Requirements:

- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android

- Experience with cloud services, Office 365, and Azure

- Familiarity with AV equipment and enterprise-level hardware troubleshooting

- Solid skills in digital development, conference room setup, and support

- Ability to manage print solutions, server, print management, and device control

- Experience collaborating with OEMs and providing both onsite and remote support

- Practical knowledge of ServiceNow for incident, request, change, and problem management

- Understanding of DevOps principles, IT operations, and security lifecycle

- Expertise in Intune, end-user experience, and network services

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration capabilities

- Commitment to improving service and user satisfaction

- Ability to proactively improve knowledge base and analyze incidents

- Skilled in troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment

- Flexible and adaptable to change and varying schedules

Language Requirements:

- Proficient in English and Swedish
