Job Title: O&M Senior Engineer – Offshore Wind (WTG Focus)
Location: Paris, France
Assignment Type: Initial 12-Month Contract (Renewable annually)
As a Senior O&M Engineer with a specialization in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), you will contribute to the successful design, execution, and operational readiness of offshore wind projects. This includes leading the preparation and review of key O&M documentation, supporting contract development, and coordinating logistics and infrastructure for long-term operations.
You will act as a technical authority on O&M strategy, working cross-functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, and project partners, ensuring seamless integration of future maintenance practices and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and defining O&M strategies and philosophies during pre-project and FEED phases, including O&M, SCADA, and Security Philosophies as well as Commissioning and Start-up procedures.

Reviewing internal and vendor-issued documentation impacting future O&M: technical drawings and diagrams (P&ID, SLD), logic diagrams, maintenance manuals, emergency procedures, inspection and statutory plans, preservation and black start procedures, spare/tooling specifications.

Ensuring proper planning and clarity of O&M documentation throughout project execution.

Defining and specifying infrastructure such as O&M Ports and Bases (North Sea & Baltic), Central Control Room, and Central Warehouse.

Reviewing specifications from external contributors to ensure alignment with operational needs.

Supporting drafting and negotiation of O&M-related contracts, including WTG Service Agreements, BOP Maintenance Contracts, SOV/CTV service agreements, and port/base service agreements.

Developing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and methods to track contractor and supplier performance.

Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, NEW PRODOM, GIS, E-sourcing, ERP, AGORA, and internal systems, while referencing company technical specifications, guides, and manuals.
Technical and functional requirements:

Proven and extensive experience in O&M of offshore wind turbines across various farms, technologies, or manufacturers.

Strong knowledge of WTG systems, BOP integration, preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, and major component repair strategies.

Ability to review and contribute to a wide range of engineering and operational documentation.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to clearly document and present complex technical content.
Language requirements:
