The Opportunity

This position offers broad exposure across the full lifecycle of offshore wind assets — from early development through to long-term operations — providing strategic input into O&M strategy, governance, and performance optimisation across a growing international portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lead or support O&M strategy development across early-stage development, project execution, and operational phases.

Drive the creation and continuous refinement of O&M governance structures, operational procedures, templates, tools, and lessons-learned systems.

Conduct cost analysis (OPEX), procurement support, and logistical planning to optimise O&M performance and value.

Facilitate company-wide knowledge sharing to ensure best practices are captured and applied globally.

Perform quality assurance reviews, oversee project deliverables, and lead governance assessments during project execution.

Act as O&M representative in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions activities.

Track market and supplier developments, providing cost-benefit analysis for implementing new technologies and approaches across the portfolio.

Maintain strong supplier and service partner relationships, supporting procurement and contract management activities.

Promote a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile

10+ years experience in offshore wind O&M with deep sector knowledge.

Proven leadership and senior project management capabilities.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to maintain strategic oversight and prioritise competing demands.

Ability to engage confidently with senior management and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Skilled at managing complex projects with multiple workstreams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Experience with OEM WTG service contracts and balance of plant (BoP) service agreements.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial and operational decisions.

Familiarity with global supply chain developments, market trends, and emerging offshore wind technologies.
