Job Title: Offshore Site Coordinator

Location: Gdańśk, Poland

Client: Leading Global Green Energy Major - Wind

Assignment Length: Long Term - 31 st December 2026 with potential to extend

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 Hours a day

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
  • Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools.
  • Support HSE when required.
  • Operate the Offshore Management System.
  • Participate in general lessons learned.
  • Lead the Daily Planning Meeting.
  • A ct as a Vessel Coordinato r
  • Promote discipline and accountability among contractors and other scopes.
  • Actively foster and reinforce a strong safety culture among suppliers and rest of the project.

Tasks  

  • Planning & Coordination of Construction,  M arine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation.  
  • Preparation & hosting the Daily Planning Meeting  
  • Liaison with the Packages & Contractors to keep operational conflicts to a minimum  
  • Liaison with MHCC re-execution of planned activities  
  • Manage and allocate custody (Time and space)  
  • Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & Masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMS  
  • Ensure all vessels Masters & helicopter pilots complete Induction. Ensuring personnel are approved within OMS. 
  • Assisting construction manager with tasks as required  
  • Chair / attend interface and kick off meetings with contractors.  
  • Ensuring personnel are approved within OMS.  
  • Assistance in VCC checklist & issuing of VCC.  
  • Liaising with HSE team members on findings, investigations and safety pushes.  
  • Providing input into Lessons Learnt for future projects.  
  • Training of new Offshore Support staff.  
  • Training of the O&M site planning team.  
  • Tracking and control of all cargo going offshore, including declarations to relevant authorities. 

Output

  • Personnel manifests for crew changes and daily operations.
  • Cargo Manifests.
  • SOMS training documentation
  • Daily coordination and Execution plan.
  • HSE input.

Requirements

  • Offshore experience / industry background is required
  • Candidates  must  be eligible to work in Poland, with native/fluent Polish and C1+ English
  • Preferably local to the Gdansk area or willing to relocation on short notice
  • Full GWO's required 
  • Polish occupational health certification (badania medycyny pracy)  - CLIENT will issue a referral
  • BHP certification - Project's HSE Advisors will recommend a course to be completed prior to the assignment start 
  • Consultant may be deployed to Germany to train. First contract until end of 2026, with option to extend into 2027.
