Job Title: Offshore Operations Supervisor
Location: Onshore (Ras Laffan / Doha Headquarters)
Contract Type: Call-Off Order (Initial 2-Year Contract, Extendable)
Work Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status) or 30 Days Annual Leave (Couple Status)

Overview
An international energy operator is seeking experienced Offshore Operations Supervisors to oversee production and operational activities across multiple processing units. The role involves supervising field and panel operations, supporting offshore work execution, and ensuring all operational requirements align with safety, design, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise offshore operational activities to maintain safe and efficient production levels.

Plan, allocate, and direct the work of operations staff to meet production targets and quality standards.

Support implementation and improvement of production procedures and ensure policy compliance.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise equipment downtime and ensure continuous plant performance.

Manage operational handovers, work authorisations, and procedural documentation to maintain consistency and safety.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Identify and address competency gaps and contribute to staff training and development programs.

Act as Incident Controller during emergencies, initiating first-line actions and reporting to management.

Participate in risk assessments, safety case reviews, and operational readiness activities.

Prepare regular reports and provide performance insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational or technical training.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil and gas operations, preferably LNG, refinery, or similar large-scale process environments.

Strong understanding of production systems, process control, and plant operations.

Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic offshore setting.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
