WORK SCHEDULE: This position is included Rotation 60 days On / 30 Days Off. Working Schedule (Onshore 9 Hrs. a day / 5 days a week - Offshore 12 Hrs. a day / 7days a week)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offshore General Superintendent to oversee the administration, supervision, and operational performance of offshore construction personnel. The role is responsible for leading and managing offshore installation activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective operations, and driving performance targets for the construction support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor vessel operations managers, vessel engineers, barge superintendents, assistant barge superintendents, and senior construction teams.
- Ensure offshore installation activities are performed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee planning and coordination of vessel and barge movements, including approach, departure, and secure mooring at quaysides.
- Collaborate with fleet management, compliance teams, and operations to ensure vessels and equipment are mobilised and demobilised effectively.
- Participate in bidding and estimating activities as required, providing technical expertise for offshore installations.
- Review performance, competency, and development of offshore construction personnel, implementing improvement measures where necessary.
- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and ensure timely closure of related action points.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with offshore and onshore teams to ensure continuity of work and safe operations.
- Recommend modifications and upgrades to enhance vessel and barge operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore construction, including work on pipelay, anchored, and other offshore vessels or barges in oil and gas projects.
- At least 8 years of experience as a superintendent, with direct responsibility for offshore installation of jackets, pipelines, and topsides.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities, with experience supervising multi-disciplinary offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of offshore operations, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
