JOB TITLE: Offshore Construction Manager
CLIENT: A prominent regional entity delivering end-to-end EPC solutions across marine infrastructure, offshore energy, and dredging operations.
LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Permanent Hire Staff role/ Full Residential role in UAE
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 hours (including lunch break)- From 8am to 5pm- Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday are week off)
START DATE: Late 2025/ Early 2026 - Depending on successful candidates circumstances

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead and manage offshore construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within contractual requirements. This is a senior leadership position requiring excellent commercial, technical, and managerial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore construction execution across all phases of projects.
- Review tender documents, client specifications, and scope of work.
- Develop offshore schedules and execution strategies in coordination with stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractor evaluations, procurement requirements, and marine spread mobilisation.
- Liaise with clients, surveyors, and third-party agencies.
- Ensure HSE standards and quality management systems are fully implemented.
- Oversee daily offshore operations, audits, and reporting.
- Control budgets, variations, and claims.
- Manage project close-out documentation and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Naval preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of offshore construction and operations experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to manage large offshore teams and complex projects.
