The Opportunity
We're supporting a major international contractor delivering a large-scale, technically complex project in Finland.
They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take full ownership of the mechanical package on-site - from installation through to handover.
This is a key position on a high-profile build, offering strong long-term prospects within a fast-growing sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take full responsibility for the mechanical scope on a live project
- Manage subcontractors, programme, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams
- Oversee budget, variations, and reporting
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Drive progress through to commissioning and handover
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing mechanical packages or projects
- Background in HVAC / mechanical building services
- Experience on large-scale builds (critical environments highly beneficial)
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage programme, cost, and delivery under pressure
