We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who wants more than just design work. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver mechanical systems from concept through construction.
- Manage projects beyond drawings, including design-build execution.
- Collaborate directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Solve technical challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to sustainable, high-performance projects that improve communities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 4+ years of HVAC/mechanical design experience (MEP background preferred).
- EIT certification required; PE licence is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES VE, Navisworks, and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, innovation, and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED AP, CEM, or other sustainability-related certifications.
- Experience in plumbing and fire protection system design.
- Familiarity with design-build procurement.
