Location: Hoboken, Belgium (very occasional travel to Brussels or Olen can be requested)
Contract Type: Temporary assignment (initial contract until 31st December 2026, with the possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up export files from start to finish for various business units
- Prepare, collect, and verify all required transport documentation for correctness and completeness
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize maritime export transport and coordinate storage or transshipment when needed
- Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient arrival of goods at their destination, adhering to regulatory requirements (IMDG/ADR and waste regulation)
- Gather information on new transport opportunities and identify potential process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Maintain an overview and manage multiple export files simultaneously, remaining solution-oriented even under time pressure (problem-solving mindset prioritized)
Requirements:
Technical Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent through experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)
- Experience with transport software (e.g., Stream ILS) is a plus, not a requirement
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Incoterms, transport & customs documentation, and hazardous goods/waste regulations
- Prior experience as an expediter or junior logistics professional (junior or medior profile; open to recent graduates in logistics)
