Contract Type:
- Temporary assignment (initial contract until 31st December 2026, with possibility for extension)
- Start date: ASAP (April or May preferred)
- Open to junior and medior profiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up export files from start to finish for various business units
- Prepare, collect, and verify all required transport documentation for correctness and completeness
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize maritime export transport and coordinate storage or transshipment when needed
- Ensure goods arrive safely, compliantly, and cost-efficiently at their destination (strict adherence to IMDG/ADR requirements and waste regulation)
- Gather information on new transport opportunities and identify potential process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Maintain an overview and manage multiple export files simultaneously, remaining solution-oriented under time pressure
Requirements:
Technical:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent through experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint)
- Experience with transport software such as Stream ILS is a plus (not required)
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Incoterms, transport & customs documentation, and hazardous goods/waste regulations
- Prior experience as an expediter or junior logistics professional (junior or medior level; also open for school leavers in logistics)

- Strong problem-solving skills (key priority for the hiring manager)
- Flexible, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant attitude
- Clear, professional communication skills at all levels, especially in cases of unexpected changes or time pressure
- Positive mindset and proactive approach toward continuous improvement projects
- Ability to maintain overview and structure while managing multiple files concurrently

- Fluent in Dutch
