Overview:
We’re hiring a Mapping Engineer for an offshore role supporting operational work in the Cantarell field. If you’re an experienced Mapper with offshore exposure and fluent Spanish, this contract role offers the chance to work on a technically specialised project involving LM2500 gas turbines.
This is a rotational offshore position, with multiple rotations planned following an initial 2–3 week mobilisation in July.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct combustion mapping and tuning on LM2500 gas turbines

Support offshore operations involving Mark VI control systems

Provide accurate mapping insights in line with turbine performance goals

Communicate effectively with on-site teams in Spanish

Ensure compliance with offshore HSE and technical procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in mapping and offshore engineering

Hands-on experience with LM2500 turbines, including DLE mapping

Working knowledge of Mark VI control systems

Valid offshore certificates (e.g. BOSIET, HUET, offshore medical) preferred – or willingness to obtain

Fluent in Spanish (essential)
