About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Key Accounts Business Development to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia. This senior role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market share through strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the country’s business development strategy in line with corporate objectives.

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, securing new business, and strengthening key client relationships.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Expand market presence through strategic client acquisition and account management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.

Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management.

Contribute to the development of business plans and support overall growth initiatives in the region.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales or business development within Saudi Arabia.

Strong expertise in contract logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
