Job Title: Management Consultant (Senior Level)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: 50% Remote)
Office: Sundbyberg
Contract Type: Fixed-term assignment
Assignment Period: 01 April 2026 – 01 April 2027 (with potential extension up to 01 April 2029)
Workload: Estimated 20–40% throughout the assignment
Remote Work: Allowed up to 50%. On-site requirements in Sundbyberg office (commuting not to exceed 2 hours/day on weekdays). Occasional travel (domestic or international) may be required.

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a skilled Management Consultant (competency level 3, 5–9 years’ experience) to lead training initiatives and cultural development projects for the operations team in a national control room environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continue leadership training for control room staff

  • Support ongoing cultural development for the control room and associated departments

  • Facilitate simulator exercises as part of training and readiness programs

  • Actively participate in exercise management—including organization-wide role-playing

  • Develop and deliver employee evaluations, with follow-up feedback sessions

  • Guide the development, implementation, and analysis of employee evaluations for both daily operations and simulation exercises

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, situational assessments, and mapping/analysis tasks

  • Drive structured development work focused on collaboration, learning, and shared improvement—primarily through activities outside the daily operational environment

  • Build trust among staff in new processes and methods

  • Support other parallel projects/initiatives as needed

  • Ensure consistent ways of working, effective communication, and unified organizational culture

Requirements

  • 5–9 years’ experience as a management consultant or in a similar leadership development role

  • Demonstrated capability in organizational and cultural change management

  • Experience with leadership, training, and evaluation programs, ideally in operational environments

  • Skilled in using simulators and conducting operational exercises

  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills

  • Strong analytical, project management, and documentation abilities

  • Proficiency in Swedish (required)

  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and drive engagement across different departments
