Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring plant reliability, statutory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance execution. This role covers Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of supervisors and E&I technicians, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Develop, manage, and monitor the annual maintenance budget to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of all planned activities.

Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment history, reports, and certificates in full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Ensure completion of all maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, and preventive maintenance programmes on time.

Manage plant integrity and operational reliability, coordinating resources to optimise uptime and minimise risks.

Identify areas for improvement and implement development plans for maintenance teams.
Qualifications & Experience

Electrical or Instrumentation qualifications.

Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Manufacturing, or Renewable energy operations and safe working practices.

Strong analytical skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In-depth understanding of mechanical plant, ancillary equipment, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including safe operation, start-up, shutdown, and maintenance.

Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams in industrial environments.
