Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Purpose
To provide maintenance scheduling services for the Asset Maintenance Team to ensure maximum utilization of resources, optimize execution, and support the reliability of onshore facilities in alignment with company policies and performance targets.
Job Challenges

Developing and releasing a 12-week look-ahead plan and 14-day schedule

Leveling tasks based on work priorities and available execution windows
-
Monitoring daily performance and producing performance reports
-
Facilitating stakeholder meetings and aligning resource distribution
Key Responsibilities

EHS Compliance
-
Ensure all scheduling activities comply with EHS standards
-
Factor in lessons learned to improve future plans
-

Schedule Development & Monitoring
-
Develop and release the 12-week look-ahead and weekly 14DS
-
Conduct quality checks and integrate PM/CM SAP work orders
-
Facilitate weekly review meetings for maintenance stakeholders
-

Resource Optimization
-
Work with WS/SS to balance manpower allocation across assets
-
Monitor backlog status and reschedule tasks based on LACD
-
Highlight periods of high/low resource utilization
-

Execution Readiness
-
Ensure materials are reserved and ready for upcoming work

Notify warehouse teams in advance

Maximize campaign-based maintenance opportunities

Deferral & KPI Tracking
-
Track deferrals and document reasons
-
Monitor scheduling-related KPIs and address compliance gaps

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
Higher National Diploma (HND)
Experience:
-
Minimum 7 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
-
At least 3 years in planning or scheduling roles
-
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in English
-
Strong computer literacy (SAP PM and similar tools)
