Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler – Onshore Operations

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to support onshore operations. The role ensures optimal utilisation of resources, accurate maintenance planning, and effective execution to improve the reliability of onshore facilities.
Reporting Lines:

Reports to: Lead Integrated Scheduling

Direct Reports: None

Frequent interaction with Asset Maintenance Supervisors, Senior Planners, Workshop & Shared Services schedulers, Craft Planning Team, and Systems Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and release 12-week look-ahead plans and 14-day schedules for maintenance execution.

Track daily execution performance and prepare weekly performance reports.

Consolidate maintenance demands and allocate resources effectively.

Integrate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders into schedules.

Conduct quality checks to ensure tasks are planned correctly and materials are available.

Facilitate weekly Asset 14DS review meetings with key stakeholders.

Coordinate material reservations and communicate with warehouse teams to ensure readiness.

Maximise resource utilisation and ensure adherence to maintenance priorities.

Identify and document reasons for deferred work and follow up for compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:

Higher National Diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in maintenance planning or scheduling within oil, gas, or petrochemical industries, including at least 3 years in Planning/Scheduling roles.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Computer literate, with familiarity in maintenance planning systems such as SAP PM.
