Overview

They’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop their maintenance operations in an advanced industrial setting. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role that directly contributes to the long-term performance and safety of the plant.
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across plant equipment, utilities, and facilities

Lead a high-performing team of technicians, starting hands-on and building into a leadership-focused role

Implement and improve planned and preventative maintenance programmes

Ensure regulatory compliance, health & safety standards, and best practices are met

Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across maintenance operations
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance-focused role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

Strong working knowledge of maintenance management systems, health & safety procedures, and regulatory compliance

Experience working on top-tier COMAH sites or similar high-risk industrial environments

Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
