JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONAL PLANNER

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL - CONTRACT

START DATE: 1ST JUNE 2026

END DATE: 31ST DECEMBER 2026

LOCATION: ESBJERG, DENMARK

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY - 8 HOURS A DAY

Department: Maintenance Planning Department

Location to Perform the Work: Full Time Onshore

SCOPE OF WORK

- Drive HSE performance in accordance with organizational objectives, demonstrate HSE leadership, and foster a strong safety culture within the team.

- Develop, review, and issue Maintenance Functional Plans (4 Months) in alignment with the agreed split with Line Manager.

- Create, review, and distribute ad-hoc outage plans for major non-routine maintenance work.

- Liaise with activity owners within Maintenance discipline teams, planners, and campaign coordinators to ensure accurate Maintenance Functional Plans fully aligned with integrated operations plans.

- Engage with activity owners to ensure adherence to planning processes, including meeting planning toll gates.

- Participate in and facilitate Maintenance planning meetings as per the Operating Rhythm.

- Track and report on functional plan stability and misses. Actively pursue planning process improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analyses of schedule misses.

- Undertake ad hoc assignments to project tasks and other tasks as required.

- Interface with Planning & Coordination teams, Maintenance discipline teams, and various contractors.

BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

Professional qualifications:

- BA degree in a relevant technical discipline, with 5-10 years of successful industry experience in Maintenance.

- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and experience using planning tools (such as Primavera and SAP).

- Proven experience in planning using relevant software tools (certification not required).

Personal qualifications:

- Structured, quality-conscious, process-oriented with a result-driven approach and attitude.

- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with many different stakeholders.

- Approachable, with good listening and communication skills.

Contract Type: Residential - Contract

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
