About the Role:
Are you a senior engineer eager to take on a key role within a forward-thinking product team? We are seeking an experienced M365 + Azure Engineer/Developer to join a HR & Corporate Support Product Team. This dynamic group is dedicated to delivering advanced solutions for HR and other corporate functions, managing the full product lifecycle, including new development, continuous improvement, operational tasks, and user support.
Working in a DevOps environment, you will help build and optimize solutions on the M365 platform while leveraging Azure infrastructure and automation best practices. The role requires strong collaboration, technical expertise, and an innovative mindset across modern software development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and optimize M365 solutions, focusing on SharePoint and Power Automate for secure, scalable, and reliable capabilities
- Implement and operate Azure infrastructure
- Design and implement event-based integrations between leading enterprise platforms and identity systems
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps, promoting efficiency and scalability
- Apply Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and Github Actions for streamlined deployments and robust version control
- Leverage DevOps principles for continuous delivery and improvement of solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with M365 technologies, especially Power Automate and SharePoint
- Proficiency with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless workflows and event-driven solutions
- Experience with event-based integration connecting enterprise systems
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Familiarity with Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Github Actions, and DevOps approaches
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming)
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors
