About the Assignment:
An international developer and manufacturer of hybrid engines and transmissions is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking M365 + Azure Integration Engineer/Developer to join their HR & Corporate Support Product team. The team is responsible for providing varied technological capabilities related to HR and other corporate functions, operating in a DevOps-driven environment covering the entire product lifecycle-including new development, continual improvement, operational tasks, and support.
This role will be embedded in a dynamic team and requires strengthened development competence within M365 and Azure to support ongoing and future projects. The position involves close collaboration, strong problem-solving, and hands-on technical expertise using modern development practices such as event-driven architectures, serverless technologies, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and optimize M365 solutions, with a focus on SharePoint and Power Automate, to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable user capabilities.
- Implement and manage Azure infrastructure components.
- Create event-based integrations to connect systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and enterprise identity platforms (e.g., AD, Entra ID).
- Automate workflows with PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps, driving efficiency and scalability.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches for repeatable, streamlined deployments.
- Use GitHub Actions for source-controlled workflows, repository management, and deployments.
- Embrace DevOps principles to ensure continuous delivery and solution improvement.
Requirements:
- Hands-on expertise with M365 technologies, specifically Power Automate and SharePoint.
- Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless workflows and event-driven solutions.
- Proven ability with event-based integrations for connecting enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
- Knowledge of Graph API and PnP for advanced integrations.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and DevOps principles.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming).
