Learning Coordinator
Location: Malaysia

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation for a Learning Coordinator. This position supports day-to-day learning operations, manages training logistics, handles compliance processes, and helps drive the success of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with job analysis, appraisal processes, and consultations to identify training needs

Support the design and development of training programmes

Help create and manage learning materials

Coordinate in-house training facilities and equipment

Support learning and development events and logistics

Track and evaluate training activity and programme effectiveness

Maintain accurate training records to meet ISO 9001 standards

Handle reporting, grant applications, and claim submissions for HRD-related initiatives

Monitor claim approvals and manage resubmissions

Assist with vendor payment processing and coordinate with finance
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or related discipline)

6 to 12 months of experience in training or L&D roles

Strong organisational and project coordination skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of e-learning systems and practices

Proficient in data analysis and reporting

Fluent in English

Understanding of national training levy systems (e.g. HRDCorp or equivalent)
