Job Title: Lead Recruitment Consultant - Data Centre

Role Overview:

Kintec is looking for an experienced recruitment professional specialising in the Data Centre sector. The role involves client engagement, candidate sourcing, business development, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business-to-business sales to achieve targets and maximise revenue
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple advertising channels
  • Screen, interview, and select candidates to meet client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Take client orders, visit client sites, and deliver presentations
  • Negotiate and confirm candidate rates and contracts
  • Maintain compliance with quality procedures and current legislation
  • Manage candidate and client communications, including out-of-hours follow-ups
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Advertise vacancies via websites, trade journals, and networking channels
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and CV coding
  • Proactively solve client issues to optimise service and revenue

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within Data Centre recruitment
  • Willingness to travel or relocate as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate-level education
