Job Title: Lead Recruitment Consultant - Data Centre

Role Overview:
Kintec is looking for an experienced recruitment professional specialising in the Data Centre sector. The role involves client engagement, candidate sourcing, business development, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business-to-business sales to achieve targets and maximise revenue
- Proactively source candidates through multiple advertising channels
- Screen, interview, and select candidates to meet client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Take client orders, visit client sites, and deliver presentations
- Negotiate and confirm candidate rates and contracts
- Maintain compliance with quality procedures and current legislation
- Manage candidate and client communications, including out-of-hours follow-ups
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Advertise vacancies via websites, trade journals, and networking channels
- Maintain accurate candidate records and CV coding
- Proactively solve client issues to optimise service and revenue
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within Data Centre recruitment
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate-level education
