Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business-to-business sales to achieve targets and maximise revenue
- Proactively source candidates through multiple advertising channels
- Screen, interview, and select candidates to meet client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Take client orders, visit client sites, and make presentations as required
- Negotiate and confirm candidate rates and contracts
- Maintain compliance with quality procedures and current legislation
- Manage candidate and client communications, including out-of-hours follow-ups
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Advertise vacancies via websites, trade journals, and networking channels
- Maintain accurate candidate records and CV coding
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the Data Centre sector
- Graduate level education preferred
- Proficiency with Windows and standard IT packages
- Strong business-to-business sales skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to work with people at all levels and build relationships quickly
- Flexibility and awareness of business opportunities
