Role Overview
An established residential landscaping firm is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of outdoor living spaces for high-end residential projects. This role offers full project ownership from concept to completion, working closely with clients to create landscapes that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget requirements.

Develop creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs tailored to residential properties.

Prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and construction documents.

Select plants, materials, and finishes to support design goals and environmental considerations.

Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Experience and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field; licensure preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential landscape design and project management.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents.

Strong knowledge of plants, hardscaping, grading, drainage, and construction practices.
